At Luxe Home Lifestyle, we curate only the highest-tier equipment and furnishings. Because many of our items are made-to-order, bespoke, or specialized wellness systems, our return policies are designed to reflect the standards of our individual artisan partners and manufacturers.

Inspection & Arrival

Important: For all freight and white-glove deliveries, you must inspect the packaging and the product at the time of delivery before signing the Bill of Lading.

  • Visible Damage: If the crate or packaging appears damaged, please note "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt and contact our Concierge Team within 24 hours.

  • Concealed Damage: If you discover a functional issue after unboxing, please document the issue with photographs and notify us immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we work with multiple elite suppliers, return eligibility is determined by the specific manufacturer’s policy for that item:

  • Made-to-Order/Bespoke: Custom-built items (including specific sauna configurations and upholstered furniture) are generally non-returnable once production has commenced.

  • Standard Collections: Eligible items may be returned within 14–30 days (per supplier policy), provided they are in original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • Restocking Fees: Please note that many high-ticket items and freight-shipped goods incur a restocking fee (typically 15-25%) and return shipping costs, as dictated by the supplier.

Cancellations

Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. For custom or "Performance Lab" equipment, cancellations may not be possible once the manufacturing process has been initiated by the supplier.

Should you need to discuss a return or a warranty claim, please contact our team at support@luxehomelifestyle.com. We will act as your advocate with the supplier to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution.
